Onsite registration will be available from 7-9am in the spectator parking lot on May 15, 2027.
T-Shirts are available at the chapter booth on show day.
You must have credentials to pass through the vehicle show entrance gate.
The vehicle show entrance gate will close at 9am sharp.

We welcome you to our 41th Annual Antique Truck Show. Please acknowledge that we are a completely volunteer operated non-profit 501(C) (3) organization. This being said, remember that our unpaid volunteers do their best to get you registered, in the show, and parked so you can enjoy your day. Please be patient with them, we need them to come back next year so we can staff our next show!!
Pre-Registration closes on May 9th. On-Site registration will be available in the spectator parking lot between 7am and 830am on the day of the event, even if this website says "sold out"

*TRAILERS SPACE IS LIMITED. ALL TRAILERS MUST BE PRE-ARRANGED WITH SO-CAL ATHS VOLUNTEERS AND PLACED ON THE SHOWGROUNDS BEFORE 9PM ON THE DAY BEFORE THE EVENT
RESERVATION: The event sponsors reserve the right to restrict participants to acceptable behavior during any and all activities. If for any reason participants or his vehicle, their appearance or conduct are deemed objectionable, the participants will be subject to removal. This reservation includes persons, things, conduct, printed matter, or any acts or items of poor character which are considered questionable.
LIABILITY RELEASE: In consideration of the acceptance of participation in this event, the event sponsors ATHS-Southern California Chapter, Southern California Railway Museum, Show Staff, by execution of this entry form, I hereby release and discharge the event sponsors, ATHS-Southern California Chapter, Southern California Railway Museum, Show Staff and it’s directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, volunteers, and anyone else connected with management or conduct of and from any and all known and unknown damages, injuries, losses, judgement and / or claims from any causes whatsoever. Further, each applicant expressly agrees to indemnify all foregoing entities, firms, persons, and bodies, of and from any and all parties cooperating with applicant and under the direction or control of the applicant.
ADVERTISING RELEASE: In consideration of the foregoing entry, vehicle owner and/or all guests agree to permit use of their names and pictures, pictures of the vehicles for publicity, advertising, and commercial purposes (including newspapers, magazines, radio, television, and the internet) both before and after the events and do hereby authorize ATHS- Southern California Chapter to sell or dispose of said photographs in any manner. All advertising rights are reserved by ATHS-Southern California Chapter.
ATHS SAFETY RULES:
1. No person shall operate a vehicle under its own power on the grounds unless the owner knows that its brakes are in good working order and that it is otherwise in safe operating condition. Vehicle operators must have a valid driver’s license and must know how to drive the vehicle and safely stop it.
2. Each vehicle shall be taken to its designated display area and remain there, except when participating in an event or is moved as required or permitted by Show Management.
3. Parked vehicles shall be secured with a chock block.
4. All vehicles, machinery, or other loads that are on trucks or trailers must be securely fastened down.
5. Each show vehicle shall be equipped with an Underwriters Laboratories approved fire extinguisher.
6. Fuel tanks shall be capped. Any fuel leakage will be grounds for barring entry of a vehicle or requiring its removal by towing from the display area.
7. Vehicle or attached or transported equipment engines shall not be run unless the vehicle owner, or other person authorized by the owner is in close attendance.
8. Vehicles must be always operated in a cautious and safe manner.
9. Every vehicle, including trailers, shall be covered by owner's liability insurance, except nonoperational vehicles
I have read and understand the above ATHS SAFETY RULES, REVERVATIONS, AND RELEASES, and agree to abide by these rules during this event. I hereby grant ATHS the right to use photographs and/or video images of the entered vehicles for promotional purposes or for the benefit of the Society. I acknowledge that the registration will be rejected at the member rate if my membership is not verifiable.

- Pre-Registration is online only and will close on May 9th.
- On-site registration is available in the spectator parking lot between 7:00am and 9:00am on May 15th even if the website says "sold out"
- All Vendors and For Sale Trucks must be registered before passing through the entry gate.
- Each Vendor space or For Sale Truck space purchased includes entry for 1 vehicle, 1 driver, and 1 passenger.
- T-Shirt sales are not permitted
- On-Site Registration cost is $40 per space; cash or credit card only

ATHS TRUCK SHOW VENDOR SPACE AGREEMENT
By his/her signature to this form, the vendor agrees to the following terms and conditions:
• Entry to show/sale area will not be allowed until or about 7:00 am the day of show/sale unless prior
arrangements are made with SoCal ATHS staff. All vendors must set up in swap meet area only and not
in truck display areas or be subject to relocation at SoCal ATHS staff discretion.
• Antique truck or related merchandise will make up the majority of the items to be displayed and sold.
NO “FOR SALE” TRUCKS WILL BE ALLOWED IN SWAP AREA. “For Sale” Trucks will be assigned
parking by the Swap Meet Vendor Contact.
• The vendor and his employees or assistants hold ATHS and SoCal Chapter of ATHS harmless in the
event of any injury, property damage or other incident suffered from attending this event.
• The vendor certifies that he/she holds a State of California resale certificate and/or this vending action
falls under the casual sale clause of the Board of Equalization regulations. In either event, the vendor
is responsible for collecting and paying his/her own sales tax as appropriate.
• Vendor will be responsible for leaving a clean area in and around his/her vending site. All trash is to be
placed in appropriate receptacles or taken away at day’s end.
• All property and debris shall be removed by 4:00 PM on the day of the sale.
• Violation of the rules above can subject the vendor to immediate removal from the grounds and/or
refusal to permit vending at subsequent events.
NOTE: SWAP MEET SPACES ARE NOT ASSIGNED AND ARE AVAILABLE ON A “FIRST COME” BASIS ONLY.
