Tom started in the trucking industry in 1965 at age 18 with his best friend Denny. Bechto hauled hay from Victorville, CA to Barstow, CA with 3 bobtail trucks. In 1966, he worked as a mechanic at Harris Transportation in Victorville, CA while at the same time hauling hay with his own trucks from Pahrump, NV to Victorville, CA and Chino CA under the name T Graham Trucking. In 1968, he had a short stay with the US Army, but was soon back home working at Vanell Corp in Oro Grande, CA as their shop foreman, with his own trucks hauling from Lucerne Valley to the Hi-Grade Plant in Hesperia. By 1975, Tom had several bottom dumps and low beds hauling
material and equipment all over the Southern California High Desert. In 1979, Tom partnered with his brother Lee selling and delivering landscape rock from their yard in Victorville, CA. They also did pads and paving work. By 1990, Tom still had a fleet of trucks running as T Graham Trucking hauling equipment and materials. In 2005, Tom Jr joined forces with Tom, running under a new name, Complete Trucking. Currently, Tom runs Complete trucking with two trucks doing the work, and this miniature Peterbilt hauling him to car shows and ATHS events.
